Usually they are open to the public from breakfast to late at night: from restaurants they turn into nightclubs, open-air discos or small concert scenes.

The sea a few minutes from the home: houses on the seaside in Sardinia usually gather in small villages, a few hundred meters away from the sea. If you wish, you can reach the nearest beaches on foot or by bike, without using your car. It is a great advantage if for example you do not travel by boat and therefore did not bring your car.

The price of a seaside villa in Sardinia can range from 200,000 Euros for the simplest houses to tens of millions for houses built in the most famous places of the island.

Usually a villa on the South Coast is more affordable than a seaside villa in Northern Sardinia. This is because in general, in the North, the seaside resorts are more famous and known, just think of the very famous Costa Smeralda.
